The Preschool Team seeks to love pre-kindergarten children ages 0-5 by offering time and space for gospel-centered teaching at an age appropriate level, crafts, and lots of fun in an effort to support parents during New Life’s Sunday morning worship service and special events.

K4 Club serves children kindergarten through 4th grade by engaging them with the Gospel and doing fun activities, while challenging them to learn and memorize God’s Word.

The Tribe 56 teams ministers to 5th and 6th grade families by challenging them to know and apply God’s Word. They seek to provide space for students to wrestle with hard questions and learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus.

Those serving with 7th through 12th graders aim to support parents of youth-aged students by providing Sunday programming and events that seek to equip and build up teenagers in the faith. Sunday morning teaching, monthly hangouts, Disciple Now, and summer camp provide those serving in Youth ample opportunities to make disciples.

The New Life College Ministry seeks to offer opportunities for college students to connect with other college students as well as the church body by participating in Life Groups and regular college events. The College Ministry Team (CMT) is comprised of undergraduate students who serve the college ministry through prayer, planning and running the college events, and serving as the welcoming face of the college ministry.

The prayer team commits to pray for the requests that come in through the app, online or through our Next Steps card. They will receive requests, pray for them and be assigned to respond to requests and let requesters know they are praying for them, following up and meeting physical needs as well.

The Connect Team is a group of people committed to making people who come to New Life feel welcome and seen. The Connect Team exists to provide a welcoming environment for first-time visitors and to help guests take the next step at New Life. We do that through meeting visitors, serving the Lord's Supper, and collecting the offering during the service.

The New Life Worship Team seeks to lead the church body in worship through song by singing songs that are theologically sound that promote congregational singing.

Those who serve on the Production Team help shape the Sunday morning worship experience by operating the lights and sound equipment.

The Operations Team serves to ensure that the New Life facilities are set up and prepared for weekly events and services.

Those serving on the Hospitality Team seek to bless New Life members and guests with sweet treats and yummy drinks during church activities and events.

Those serving on the Missions Team seek to support the vision of New Life by seeking opportunities for the church body to preserve and proclaim the Gospel by making disciples in our community and around the world.

The Finance Team seeks to help ensure that the money and resources entrusted to New Life are managed faithfully and diligently through budget preparation, expense management, and by providing support to the elders through regular advising. *Members must apply to serve on this team.

Those serving on the Personnel Team seek to support the elders, staff, and non-staff leaders by reviewing, researching, and recommending staff compensation, benefits, personnel policies, HR systems, and other HR matters as requested. *Members must apply to serve on this team.

The Governance Team serves to assist the elders with the regular review of church documents and by conducting and moderating New Life’s regularly scheduled Members’ Meetings. *Members must apply to serve on this team.
